Magnite Announces the Addition of Two New Members to the Board of Directors

NEW YORK, March 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform, today announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: Diane Yu, CTO of digital home ownership company Better and co-founder/former CTO of Freewheel; and Dave Pearson, former Vonage CFO and seasoned investment banker. Mr. Pearson, who currently serves on the audit committee of Lee Enterprises, a NASDAQ-listed media company, will also join the audit committee.

Diane Yu has served as Chief Technology Officer of since January 2021, where she is responsible for the strategic direction of the engineering team and setting Better’s long-term technology vision. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science from Peking University and a Master of Science from Ohio University.
