We are looking for a Architect to provide leadership, oversight and support on a wide range of commercial and government facility projects.


• Under the direction and in collaboration with the Creative Director, provide architectural leadership and oversight of a wide range of commercial and government facility design projects

• Lead innovative architectural design efforts that involve the incorporation of new media and technologies into architectural installations

• Work closely with clients for successful project delivery and play a key role in developing ongoing relationships and future projects with existing clientele

• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Designer and Creative Resource Manager to ensure exceptional project completion, on time and on budget

• Lead and develop architectural design staff to produce drawings, images and other documents in support of a wide variety of design and engineering projects

• Provide advice on building code and construction technique

• Support the business development process to ensure the effective presentation of history, ideas and capabilities

• Sign IDP hours for architectural designers working on licensure

• Act as a liaison with members of external teams within supplier and / or customer organizations

• Provide advice on building code and construction technique

• All other assigned tasks


• 8 years and more of related experience in architecture

• Experience in a multidisciplinary design corporate environment

• Must be a licensed architect in California

• Participation in the design of LEED facilities

• Proven ability to articulate big ideas and effectively achieve desired creative results

• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and 3DS Max preferred

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture highly desirable

• Experience in the design of commercial office environments, laboratory spaces or spaces with advanced audio / visual technologies preferred

• Strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes

• Experience desired in estimating construction costs
