COMPETITIONS Q-2-U Wins 2007 Masters of BBQ Competition!!! Q-2-U BBQ Catering was awarded the 2007 Masters Award at a ceremony at the State House in Columbia SC in December 2007. The Masters competition is a year long event sponsored by the South Carolina Barbecue Association (SCBA). After finishing 3rd in 2006, Q-2-U was the only repeat award winner in 2007. Since our first competition, Q-2-U BBQ catering has been successfully competing and winning awards throughout North and South Carolina, and as far away as Asbury Park, New Jersey.
